Facility Planning specializes in providing Owner’s Representative services in the beer and beverage distribution industry. We understand the pressures your company faces, and we know what it takes to deliver a productive, effective, and cost-efficient service, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and quality.

Mike Pratt, Founder and President of Facility Planning, specializes in planning and construction of beer and beverage distribution facilities. Mike has been a trusted advisor to beer and beverage wholesalers for over 25 years.

Working exclusively with beer and beverage distributors means that clients benefit from knowledge of best practices in dock and warehouse operations, inventory management, temperature-controlled storage, back-office needs, sustainability and the overall operational excellence breweries demand from distributors.

Mike served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring as deputy division chief of construction contracting at Scott Air Force Base. He earned an MBA from Lindenwood University and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Southern-Illinois University at Carbondale, as well as associate degrees in contract management and industrial security from Community College of the Air Force.
